About Kim Willison, APNP
Kim Willison, APNP, brings over two decades of orthopedic expertise to OSI. A proud Appleton native, Kim has been a trusted provider in the community since 2000, working alongside Dr. Ritzow— starting as Valley Orthopedic Clinic, a cornerstone of Appleton care that later merged with OSI. Today, she continues to serve the community as part of the OSI team.
As an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber, Kim delivers comprehensive care for patients with general orthopedic concerns. She assists in surgery and guides patients through every step of their surgical journey, from pre-operative planning to post-operative recovery. Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Adult Nurse Practitioner, Kim is known for her clinical skill and compassionate approach.
Outside the clinic, Kim leads an active lifestyle and cherishes time with her family. She enjoys running, biking, cross-country skiing, and unwinding with a good book.
