The OSI Walk-In Clinic is a cost-effective alternative to the ER with shorter wait times, located right inside our specialized clinic. Immediate care is provided for most new orthopedic injuries:

  • Dislocations
  • Broken Bones
  • Sports Injuries
  • New Joint or Tendon Pain
  • Workers’ Compensation Injuries

The Walk-In-Clinic is for new, non-life threatening situations that require immediate attention. Services to address chronic pain and severe fracture will be referred to an appropriate specialist

The Appleton OSI Orthopedic Walk-In Clinic is located on the second floor of OSI’s Appleton campus. Patient check-in is midway down the hall on the left.

Our Walk-In Clinic treats patients who have suffered NEW orthopedic injuries. Weekend warriors, victims of Wisconsin’s icy conditions, or anyone who feels they’ve acutely injured a bone, joint, or muscle. We can examine any musculoskeletal injury that is not already currently being treated by a doctor. We can even treat some lacerations at the clinic.

You should continue to make appointments with your provider for that particular injury. However, if you’re a current patient who just suffered a new, unrelated injury, we’ll be happy to care for you at our Walk-In Clinic.

No, this is not a traditional urgent care facility. We only treat new orthopedic injuries. We are contracted with most major health insurance carriers and will provide care for non-insured or cash-paying patients under an agreement made with them.
