Medical attention for acute orthopedic injuries.

The OSI Walk-In Clinics are a cost-effective alternative to the Emergency Room with shorter wait times and right inside a specialized clinic. Immediate specialized care is provided for most new orthopedic injuries:

  • Sprains & Strains
  • Dislocations
  • Broken Bones
  • Sports Injuries
  • New Joint or Tendon Pain
  • Workers’ Compensation Injuries

The OSI Orthopedic Walk-In Clinics are for non-life-threatening situations that require immediate attention. Services to address chronic pain, severe fractures, and non-orthopedic issues are not provided.

Frequently asked questions

Where are the Walk-In Clinics located?

The Appleton OSI Orthopedic Walk-In Clinic is located on the second floor of OSI’s Appleton campus. Patient check-in is midway down the hall on the left.

The De Pere OSI Orthopedic Walk-In Clinic is located south of the Scheuring Road and Lawrence Drive intersection.

Who can visit the Walk-In Clinics?

Our Walk-In Clinics treats patients who have suffered NEW orthopedic injuries. Weekend warriors, victims of Wisconsin’s icy conditions, or anyone who feels they’ve acutely injured a bone, joint, or muscle. We can examine any musculoskeletal injury that is not already currently being treated by a doctor. We can even treat some lacerations at the clinic.

What if I have injuries that are being treated by an OSI provider?

You should continue to make appointments with your provider for that particular injury. However, if you’re a current patient who just suffered a new, unrelated injury, we’ll be happy to care for you at our Walk-In Clinics.

Are these urgent care facilities?

No, these are not urgent care facilities. We are contracted with most major health insurance carriers and will provide care for non-insured or cash paying patients under an agreement made with them.
