About Brad Borgen, APNP
Brad Borgen, APNP, has been a dedicated presence in Wisconsin’s orthopedic care community since 1996. A native of Slinger, Brad has worked closely with Dr. Kuplic for nearly three decades—beginning at Valley Orthopedic Clinic and continuing today as a valued member of the OSI team. He provides care to patients in both Appleton and Shawano, offering a consistent and trusted approach across communities.
As an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber, Brad delivers comprehensive orthopedic care, addressing a wide range of musculoskeletal issues. He plays an active role in surgical care, assisting in procedures and guiding patients through their pre-operative preparation and post-operative recovery. His clinical expertise is backed by certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, and he is an engaged member of the National Association of Orthopedic Nurses. Brad is committed to patient-centered care. He takes pride in helping individuals regain mobility and return to the activities they love.
Outside of work, Brad enjoys a well-rounded lifestyle filled with travel, sports, music, and quality time with his family.
