Patient Reviews

Everything about this TKR process has been great. The facilities at OSI are extremely nice and Dr. Eggert and his staff are exceptional. The follow-up by Dr. Eggert has been very much appreciated. The daily text messages really helped me maintain my motivation – by keeping me informed of weekly goals and exercises. It’s now been seven weeks since my surgery and my knee is almost back to normal! Thank you!

I gave a 10 rating/ exceptional service! Dr Eggert and his team have been the best surgery experience I have had. I was surprised when I received several follow up calls from Dr Eggert and his team. I was in a lot of pain but I felt better knowing that my recovery was being followed by Dr Eggert and his team. I especially appreciated the daily texts of encouragement and exercise messages. There were also texts to encourage me during my recovery. I really enjoy speaking to Dr Eggert. He and his team listened to what I had to say! Best Doctor I have ever had!

Everyone was so welcoming, especially Dr. Eggert and Beth, his nurse. He sure knows how to put everyone at ease. Great personality! I will highly recommend him whenever I can, as did my friend who recommended him to me.

I had a robotic knee replacement with Dr. Eggert. He is a very personable physician with a very caring and competent staff. When I had problems tolerating the pain medication, he returned my call and worked with me to solve the dilemma, even on a Saturday. The texts his office sent were so encouraging and timely. His PA’s are fabulous, very knowledgeable, compassionate and encouraging as is his nursing staff. I recommend following his recommendations completely including the ice compression machine, continuous motion machine, etc because they work and pain was well controlled. Don’t be in a hurry, healing takes time!! Take his advice on PT providers, they are fantastic. I can’t say enough how pleased I am with the care and outcome of my surgery with Dr. Eggert.
