Patients and visitors to OSI’s Appleton office, located at 2105 E. Enterprise Avenue, should be aware that ongoing construction on I-41 will affect your route to our facility. Beginning in early March and through late fall, the overpass and ramps at Ballard Road and I-41 will be closed, so you may experience detours and delays when traveling in this area.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has identified County Rd JJ as the main detour route. We recommend planning extra travel time to ensure you arrive for your appointments without stress.
Here are a few optional detour routes to OSI:
For Northbound I-41 Travelers
- Exit at Richmond St/Hwy 47
- Head northbound to Edgewood Dr and turn right (eastbound)
- Continue to the Ballard Rd intersection and turn right (southbound)
- Proceed to Evergreen Dr, turn left (eastbound), and continue to Gateway Dr to access Enterprise Ave
For Southbound I-41 Travelers
- Ballard Road Exit is now open
For those unfamiliar with the new detour routes, we suggest using a GPS navigation system or checking local traffic updates before you leave. These tools can provide you with the most current information on alternate routes and estimated travel times.
