OSI is pleased to announce that Dr. Joseph Albers, a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon with Prevea Health, is now seeing patients at OSI’s Appleton location.
Dr. Albers specializes in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery; arthroscopic procedures; cartilage restoration; ligament stabilization; total ankle replacement; bunion correction; hammertoe correction; diabetic foot, ingrown nail and wart care; arthritis affecting the foot and ankle; sports medicine, ligament and tendon injuries; minimally invasive procedures; and trauma and fractures of the foot and ankle.
By forming this partnership, OSI is able to bring yet another option for excellence in orthopedic care to its award-winning Appleton campus.
Dr. Albers, a native of Green Bay, prides himself on understanding his patients’ needs to be active and pain free, whether that be for sports, work or hobbies. He provides the highest level of care to his patients, rooted in the belief that a high sense of work ethic and values are the basis of the community he serves.

Dr. Albers earned his medical degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and completed a residency in podiatric medicine and surgery at Ascension Wisconsin.
